You are correct. If you wish to use the ooh323 driver/stack in a non-GPL
application, it is available for that purpose by licensing it from
Objective Systems. This does not conflict with the COPYING file in the
source tree, since the normal usage of that driver is licensed under the
GPL. Just because you see the code licensed under one license does not
mean that it's not also available under other licenses :-)
