[Asterisk-Users] Digium E1 Card Modprobe problems

e configsHi   guys,
   
  I Hav just installed asterisk on a server which has
a VIA M800 motherboard and we have 1 TE110 E1 card
installed. After zaptel.conf was edited, asterisk runs
and the E1 card is active.
   
  However after each restart, first Kudze tells me the
E1 card has been removed and asks if to delete the
configs. Next ztcfg fails at startup with error 

ZT_SPANCONFIG failed on span 1: No such device or
address (6)

Asterisk is started normally but aborts running.
   
If i do modprobe wcte11xp the E1 card becomes active
again until next restart. If I run asterisk at this
point all works well. However modprobe only succeeds
in reactivating the E1 if I had allowed Kudzu to
delete configs for the card during startup. If I
select do nothing modprobe throws exceptions below.

please note that the system hardware browser still
shows the card as being present no matter what
happens.

i'd appreciate any help I can get.
