take the following into consideration.

300 channels is a lot of business, and thought you might be able to have 
all of this in 1 PC, do you really want to ? Spreading this over several 
PC's with 4x E1's in each would be more reasonable as it would only be 
25% of your capacity that went lost of one computer wamps out.
