I don't use this announce in any of my 1.2.x so I can't realy tell
you, but I'll try it and let you know.

For that we will need to see both the line calling the queue, and the
queue.conf settings, as well as the line calling that Local channel.

To me it looks like you are still relying on 101+1 instead of status
variables but I might be wrong.
