[Asterisk-Users] queues and redirection.

Hello, 

I have two questions.
First, Can I redirect calls with a regular sip-phone like ZyXEL Prestige 2000W, typing something like #0#SIPNUM# or another key-combination?

I have a queue configured. How can I configure it to jump to voicemail when pressing like, # when in the queue? and is there a simple howto about setting up voicemail? I cant fint one on voip-info.
