[Asterisk-Users] ACD with polycom ip phones

[hgaillac-sip at yahoo.fr]

So we have to add a context like this to login/logout
agents.
I add 4 agent in a queue with roundrobin strategy .
What's going on if the first available agent don't
answer the call ?
