[Asterisk-Users] SIP Watchdog

Is there anything I can set or any scripts you guys have where if it sees certain connections (my upstreams) are down, it attempts to reconnect them say every minute or 5 minutes?  If a provider reloads something, the connection some times drops and I have to do a "sip reload" to get it to come back.
