Hi,

We are tendering against legacy PBX providers for a call centre job.

Looking for a consultant who:

* Has a good knowledge of QUEUE's
* Has a good knowledge advanced QUEUE reporting tools available
* Has a good knowledge of main reception / operator consoles options (ie
products like IPSWITCHBOARD; but more industrial)
