I read that it was supposed to integrate with X10 modules and the that the
@home was reference to home automation.
That being said, I have never seen any X10 specific functionality.

@home by no means means it just for the home - its Asterisk nothing more,
nothing less. I don't think the @home designation was meant to limit it by
perception. I read somewhere it was called @home for another reason, anyone
know more?

I use the regular asterisk at home.. with a tdm card and a sangoma
card... we have an small home business and we use a manager we develop
for it.. excelents results
