[Asterisk-Users] callback script

Hi:
Once i have seen the post of Darren Wiebe of
suggestion of a callback configuration in
extensions.conf and it was like this:
[callback]
exten => 
_.,1,AGI(callback.agi,LAKEVIEW,1234567890,9998,9999,meetme,enhanced-outgoing)

But i didnt know what to add in meetme and
enhanced-outgoing contexts.

if any body knows about this configuration ,just show
me what to put in the meetme and enhanced-outgoing
contexts and what to edit in this part of callback.agi

$channel = "";
$context = "";
$church = "";
