[Asterisk-Users] Why it says "all circuits are busy now"

If you're using iax with FWD, it would appear they have a problem with
it. I've noticed tons of registration reject messages over the last
few days. As of right now, I'm registered but wouldn't even care to
guess when it will fail again.
