[Asterisk-Users] Unable to create channel of type 'Zap'

I did go through the zapata.conf and zaptel.conf but
no luck after changing switchtype=euroisdn
Still having the same problem...
My zaptel.conf config: -
span=1,1,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
bchan=1-15
bchan=17-31
dchan=16
loadzone = us
defaultzone=us
Here is my result of my command "ztcfg -vvv" : -
