[Asterisk-Users] Voipjet experiment

Talked to a phone guru friend of mine. He was aware of the American
Airlines situation. He informed me that American Airlines does not pass
"answer supervision" until you hear on-hold music and are in a queue
(also he is not sure that is legal).
Unfortunately VoipJet doesn't like that very much and cancels the call
after about 60 seconds. Please be aware that I am guessing that VoipJet
is canceling the call, it could very well be my system, but I can't find
any documentation regarding a hard timeout if not answered. I've set
the dial command timeout to unlimited and I still receive the error
after 60 seconds.
Currently I'm just routing that number through Broadvoice, which
although it also doesn't get answer supervision, it continues the
connection.
I debating about whether or not to contact VoipJet. Personally I would
say VoipJet is following the rules, so it's not their problem, but at
the same time I would think they want to be as functional as possible.
Thanks for the help everyone,
G
