Send me the info and I will write you a config file for one phone:
MAC of phone
serverip
username (for ftp account)
password (for ftp account)
Extension number
codec preference

I'm presuming you are using DHCP to allocate TFTP setting, SNTP server, 
phone IP, Gateway.
