Sorry about the confusion regarding the firmware versions. The latest
released version (1.2.0.162) works with intercom / alert-info, but earlier
releases don't.

In more recent versions of Asterisk, it is necessary to make ALERT_INFO to be inherited by prepending the declaration by an underscore (or even two, if you're spawning more channels).
