[Asterisk-Users] h323 error when trying to start Asterisk

When running ldconfig -v, did you see it find the files under the
directory /usr/local/lib?
If not, edit /etc/ld.so.conf with your favorite editor and add
/usr/local/lib in a new line.
Then rerun ldconfig -v.
Check that the libpt* files were seen.
