[Asterisk-Users] WHat does it take

It might be helpful if you posted your setup, and relative sections of your extensions.conf etc. 

Is this a new install? are you using VoIP extensions, FX, or what? Is the busy signal when you call from one extension to the other, when you dial-out? or all of the above?
