Dang!!! Really brillant chaps, those Sipura/Komodo founders. Sold the 
same thing TWICE to Cisco. This should go down in .COM history.

My prediction: 2 years down the road, they'll leave again and set up 
SipZilla to make another low-cost ATA to compete with the SPA-XXXX.
