You just need 1.4.1.0400.  It comes on the phone.  I tested ours first 
just by using the web config, and it worked.  I have it getting the 
config from FTP now.  If you want to do the FTP config thing, just make 
sure you have 1.4.1.0400 sip.cfg and Bootrom 2.6.1.0003.  It's all
