Hi,

You're never going to find the kernel source. The reason for this is that 
your VPS is running under Virtuozzo, which is a commercial software package 
designed to create virtual servers under one physical server, sharing a 
common kernel. This means the kernel cannot be upgraded or in any way 
modified.
