I'm using both of those itsp's, but both go into an IVR.
As was noted in previous postings relative to LiveVoip, inbound calls
that go through an IVR and the user enters an extension number will
not hear ringback. LiveVoip has acknowledged that and is hopefully
working towards a fix. (I happen to believe LiveVoip is handling it
correctly, and the asterisk iax handling of an IVR-answered call is
incorrect. But, that's another story.)
The only workaround for that is to playback a ring sound file.
DID calls via Teliax do hear ringback with or without an IVR
(a little different then LiveVoip).
(Eric is correct in the general case, but not on this one. But,
he's likely not a user of those two itsp's.)
