[Asterisk-Users] Got S-frame while link down

When I change this to "signalling=pri_cpe" I get rid of the "Everyone is busy"
message, but besides of this it remains the same, still 
"Unable to create channel of type 'Zap'"
and
"Got S-frame while link down"
