I got mine from http://sipphone.com/dlink/
Works great, it's their unlocked version as well. Connect it to their
network when you first get it and leave it alone for 10 or 20 minutes,
and every month or so(it gets it's firmware upgrades from there).
If not, you can check out
http://voip-info.org/tiki-index.php?page=D-Link%20DVG-1402s which has
the password to get into the advanced config.
I've also heard you can download the firmware from
http://support.sipphone.com/?_a=downloads for it and flash it and you'd
have an unlocked version(u/p: admin/admin). It will connect to their
server and download the lastest firmware, so repeat the above and leave
it along for 10 or 20 minutes.
