[Asterisk-Users] Can I do that?

I would like to setup Asterisk PBX for following purposes:

1. dial-in from Europe via sipgate (Germany & UK)
2. dial-in from Canada via primus
3. dial-in from USA via vonage
4. dial-in via two analog lines local
5. two phone sets attached
6. call routing according to the destination and rates
7. internal billing
8. answering machine & email forwarding
9. call forwarding
10. call on hold
11. conference calls with connection of 1.~4. the phone(s) attached

I was thinking to buy TDM22B for that adventure and extend with TDM40B (4 FXS) 
for additional phone sets.

Can I do all above?
