[Asterisk-Users] Unable to make E&M Wink work with T400P

Hi!  I'm having a problem getting a channelized T1 to signal correctly 
with a Nortel DMS 500.  I've got a 2-way trunk group set up with E&M Wink 
start connected to Asterisk on channel 1 of a T400P card.  I'm pretty sure 
the configs are correct (listed below) but when the Northern winks to 
Asterisk, Asterisk is not returning the wink.  Has anyone set up this 
configuration who could possibly see an error on my part?
