I would suggest the following, but these are pretty standard in a call
center -
logged in/out
ready/not ready (not ready reason code support, i.e. call wrap, break,
training, etc.)
on inbound call
on outbound call
recording call flag
stats at agent level -
total inbound calls
total outbound calls
total transfers
inbound talk time
outbound talk time
hold time
login time
