Just change the DTMF to INFO.

I'm having a similar problem. I find it is related to the codec I'm
using. If I select ULAW with RFC2833 DTMF then its all fine. I want to
run iLBC with RFC2833 but I get no tones and * complains about the CRC
failing on the DTMF packets.
I need to use iLBC 'cos I want to put a phone at my dad's house as an
extension of my * system and his cable modem has somewhat limited
bandwidth (that'll be all the porn he surfs)
