Fixed an error in the macro The line:
exten => external,1,GoToIf($[${LEN(${CALLERIDNUM})} = 4]?f,1)
should be changed to
exten => external,1,GoToIf($[${LEN(${CALLERIDNUM})} != 4]?f,1)
