[Asterisk-Users] spandsp wont compile.

[Todd Lieberman]

add /usr/local/lib to your /etc/ld.so.conf

Then run ldconfig

got it to load but now it errors when starting asterisk. complains of no
libspandsp.so.0 and its there. this fax thing is kickin my friggin fax!!
