You really don't need VOIP 800#s -- I use www.zone-ld.com for long
distance, and get free 800#s, terminated in any US phone number for
3.9c/minute. Been with them for almost five years.

I like VoicePulse connect. You dont have to paypal anyone or wait for
days. You can be all setup with a DID (you select from a range of
available) in minutes. You can also add different area codes. Only
drawback is no 800 #s.
