Hello all,

The new version fixes the usage of multiple channels
with different codecs. On outgoing calls, a specific
codec can be selected through the usage of a channel
variable (OH323_OUTCODEC).

Also, an experimental call rate limiter (ingress
direction) is included. This feature
improves the stability of the driver under high call
load conditions. No configuration at all is needed to
activate its operation (at least, for now).
