This is my (minimal) extensions.conf

[incoming]
exten => s,1,Dial,Zap/1
exten => s,2,Hangup



[internal]
exten => 200,1,Dial,Zap/1
exten => 300,1,Dial,Zap/2
exten => _9X.,1,Dial,Zap/5/${EXTEN:1}
