	So maybe is the timeout used by your Telco (Entel?) Here at Chile we
use 30s to let called people to be able to hang and get the call on
another phone plugged to the same line.
	So I think it´s better to consult your telco.
	Does happen the same when the called party is a common phone not
asterisk ?
