This happened to me as well. I resolved it by logging into the web
interface, going to the Advanced Networking screen and turning off automatic
updates. Then, I manually entered the firmware URL and updated through the
website (on the Updates screen). It took a few tries, but I think the
problem was with the then-current firmware so upgrading solved the problem
once and for all.

Is anyone else having a problem updating their snom phones. I updated mine
and it is stuck in a loop of checking configuration and then rebooting over
and over.
