Currently, I'm working with a tdm400p with 2 FXO, 2 FXS.  the 
persistent "tick tick tick tick" has come back (after 3 days tick-free 
operation).

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem with ZAP channels?  What 
steps did you take to resolve it?
