| That or you use SOX to convert to a GSM encoded wav file that can be
| played in just about any windows app that properly uses the ACM API for

Or, view http://www.objectivevoice.com/addcodec95.html on how to install gsm
codec and then play it with sndrec32 or some such...plays natively on my
windows boxes...
