It was working fine on 0.7.2, bu twhen I went to the Debian 0.9 package,
it seems like something in GSM changed, and now iaxcomm can't answer
calls. Initiating calls is still fine. Very strange. Asterisk logs:
May  5 08:53:42 NOTICE[524310]: channel.c:1124 ast_read: Dropping incompatible voice frame on IAX2[tim]/5 of format GSM since our native format has changed to ALAW

and iaxcomm logs:
Weird gsm frame, not a multiple of 33 (len = 160.
