[Asterisk-Users] chan_h323 no audio both ways

I've compiled chan_h323 with the latest cvs code, but my calls don't
pass audio.  

The call connects just fine, as there are no errors reported on either
side, nor in a traffic examination with ethereal.    

I've tried the following:

voip phone -> asterisk -> asterisk -> voip phone
voip phone -> asterisk -> asterisk
zap -> asterisk -> asterisk
zap -> asterisk -> cisco
cisco -> asterisk

I'm using ulaw on all connections.  

Any clues, ideas, or directions would be appreciated.
