may you have not the right filenames configured in yout tftp-directory (i
run into the same error!)
I used the following filenames (rename yours if needet)
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root       124552 May 18 13:58 P003-07-1-00.bin
renamed/copied to
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root       124552 Jun 13 20:25 P0S3-07-1-00.bin

-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root          459 Jun 13 20:23 P003-07-1-00.loads
renamed/copied to
-rwxrwxrwx    1 root     root          459 May 18 14:00 P0S3-07-1-00.loads

-rw-r--r--    1 root     root       124956 May 18 13:58 P003-07-1-00.sbn
renamed/copied to
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root       124956 Jun 13 20:25 P0S3-07-1-00.sbn

-rwxrwxrwx    1 root     root       585938 May 21 20:35 P0S3-07-1-00.sb2

after that the telephone is completely updated.
(in OS79XX.TXT the filename is also "P0S3-07-1-00")

Hi everyone.

I've just tried installing the SIP image and i'm getting a very odd error.

It says:  

Configuring VLAN
then
Configuring IP
then
Protocal Application Invalid

Help!!!!
