It's not working for everyone. :-(
I have an almost exact duplicate of your configuration above but can't
receive DTMF on incoming calls. I just tested it again to make sure.
Jay: what do you have in your general section of sip.conf? My only
difference in the BV entry is:
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
BV indicated that their preferred codec is g711-ulaw. They also indicated
that perhaps having * increase the sampling rate of inband might help. It's
unclear to me how to do that.
