Try something like this:
;sip.conf
[5554321]
type=friend
host=dynamic
context=default
mailbox=5554321
;default context of extensions.conf
exten => 5554321,1,Voicemail2(u${EXTEN})
exten => 5554321,2,Hangup
;voicemail.conf
5554321 => 5554321, "Gary", gary at blah...
