Ah, that is a really old version of Program. Ringtones need you to have
version 1.0.4.63 or later. That would explain why it isn't looking for
your ringtone file.

Not sure where the best download locations are now. 1.0.4.63 was on
www.telappliant.com, but they have now reverted to 1.0.4.54, which is
also the latest available on www.grandstream.com. There was 1.0.4.68
available from www.hellofone.com, but they now only have 1.0.5.0 listed.

To the guy that knew "Rich" at Grandstream, could you ask him if they
could put all the recent versions on their site somewhere visible?
