Have a look at http://www.techtopia.com.au ("VoIP" category).

They have the Grandstream BT-100 for AU$180 including GST. I've bought a few
Grandstream phones from there. They also have the Grandstream ATA-286 for
AU$180 (among other things).

http://www.computermarket.com.au sells the Cisco phones; I've also purchased
from there.
