[Asterisk-Users] System blocked when execute "asterisk -c"

Hello,
I have installed Asterisk and if I start the administration console with the
command line "asterisk -c",and after 10 sec, my system is completely block and
I have to reboot each time.
warnings appear like:
- chan_iax2.c: 6835 load_module: unable to open IAX timing interface
- chan_skinny.c: 2566 reload_config: unable to get our IP address, Skinny
disabled
-chan_oss.c : 238 sound_thread: Read error on sound device: ressource temporaly
unavailable
If someone can help me.
