[Asterisk-Users] BRI dead in USA?

TN is one of the BEST states for BRI's..  Bellsouth messed up and had to
make some concessions to the PUC a long time ago..  You can get BRI
anywhere, and it's a flat fee..  typically $80-$90 per month Biz rate,
$35-45 Residential..
