[Asterisk-Users] Sip Peer Status

The times are measured as a result of qualify=yes and involve sending an 
OPTION SIP request to the peer which in turn has to reply
to the request.  So this is an application layer "ping" which naturally 
has much greater latency than an ICMP ping.
