You are trying to compile an ancient asterisk-oh323 with fresh
Asterisk code. It won't work. Download and install
asterisk-oh323-0.6.3a. Also, download and compile the recommended
versions of OpenH323/Pwlib (OpenH323/Pwlib 1.12.2/1.5.2 are too old).
