Make sure you changed ALL the configs to point to the CORRECT image file.. 

OS79XX.TXT

should contain

P0S3-07-1-00

and your SIP<mac> or SIPDefault.cnf should contain

image_version: "P0S3-07-1-00"

iirc the default in OS79XX.TXT is the unsigned image...
