I've fired several customers. They all were costing me a lot more money
than I was making on them for one reason or another and not giving me an
incentive to try to continue a relationship with them. There are
several reasons to dump customers not the least of which is to save
grief for the customer.
I've never felt remorse about a customer I've fired because if it gets
to the point that I dump them, I say good riddance.
