Absolutely not. Forum and BBS type interfaces are not a take it with you
application. I can take my mail with me anytime I want to, I can't take
someone else's web site. There is only 2 places where I even will put up
with a forum, and it is because it is the only option at the moment.
Many of us will not participate in a forum.
